Becky Williams
Training Lead

I am a Registered Nurse in Adult Nursing ( Dip HE ). I have also completed my BSc (HONS) in Community Health Studies specialising in District Nursing. I have been qualified for 25 years this year in September 2025.

I have worked in a variety of different clinical settings; hospital (acute medical ), community nursing, nursing homes, domiciliary care & agency nursing, manual handling specialist ( as part of the Health and Safety team for my local NHS trust ), GSF Facilitator and being part of my local EOLC project team.

It was from my work with the EOLC project team that I first got involved with GSF in 2010, working with primary care and care homes, I was so passionate about the impact that I could see GSF had on practice in these settings that I became a Clinical Associate and in April 2023 I joined the central team as the Training Lead for Social Care Programmes.

I am also a Registered Nutritional Therapist ( Dip CNM ) as well as an accredited mindfulness teacher for the Breathworks programmes. I love the holistic approach that is involved and empowering people to show them that even the smallest of changes can make such a difference to a person’s wellbeing and overall health.

I live in the beautiful AONB in the Wye Valley with my husband and my 2 dogs and I love to go off into nature and go walking with them.
